I'm home

Well I am finally home. I am so glad that surgery is over, my doc said that my liver was perfect! I really have no appetite. I have to make myself drink, I hope that this changes soon. I hope to get back on soon, I am going to rest now.

Welcome to bandland!

Keep drinking that Water, don't get dehydrated!

welcome back and congrats!

i was banded last week and i really wasn't prepared for how much of a chore staying hydrated would be. be patient with yourself, sip as often as you can and know it will start to get easier to keep hydrated.

i'm a week out and finally can drink almost normally.
