I have lost 28 lbs so far some days 30 lbs....I have my 5th fill on Wednesday. I'm still struggling but getting better restriction with each fill. everyone is doing fabulous....

<P>I've now lost 45 lbs....its coming offfffffff slowwwwwwwwwlyyyyyyyyy with a half pound to a pound at a time but consistently coming off. I am happy with a 45 lb weight loss in 6 months....hey this time last year I was getting the work up for the surgery.....</P>

Thank God it finally happened - I finally got a fill that worked my last fill did it. I can only eat 2oz of food at a time or I feel pain so I try not to push it to that point so I can not wait until the weight starts falling off.

i had been losing and gaining the same 3-4 pounds for the last month, but i hoped on the scale today and it registered 218. here's to hoping i finally broke through that plateau. i had been hoping to be in onderland by the end of the year, but i don't think that will happen. i'm just trying to let that go and remind myself that i'm healthier than i have been since my teens. the weight will come off when it comes off. in the meantime, i've got to make the choice to eat well and exercise often. but as we all know, that's easier said than done.

Hi Everyone, I can not believe that I am now down 82 pounds as of 11/23/08. The belief that I can do this is now finally sinking in. I am getting excited about the future. Does anyone else have trouble seeing the progress that they are making with themselves? (body image).
