I live in Northern Utah....about 35 miles north of Salt Lake City...

I'm a retired police officer, spent 23 years on the department and retired in January of 2006.....now I work retail for Golden Spike Harley-Davidson.

Just part time, but it's a fun job.

I worked two years as a bail bond agent, but I didn't like that very much....was glad to get the gig at the harley shop where people are happy!

Hi! Thought I'd join the March bandsters and give it a try. I had my surgery March 26, 2008, in Mazatlan, MX. I live in Eastern WA State and manage my brother's (and two other provider's) medical practice here. I am the mom of 4 grown children (2boys, 2 girls) and Grandma to 4 (5 in Sept!) sweet grandkids! I spent the week following my surgery at my brother's condo in Mazatlan, so that was a big help in recuperating. Doing ok at this point. Just started mushies so that helps some. Looking for a good place in WA State (especially Eastern WA) to get my fills done. Any suggestions?

Surgery weight: 252 lbs.

Current weight: 242 lbs.

I'm married to my 2nd husband for 16 years and I have 1 grown son in the Marines from my first husband and 2 grown step-children from my current marriage plus 1 step-granddaughter from my current marriage which I claim as my granddaughter, she's 3 years old and is spoiled rotten.

Hi I'm Glen, 50 yo, offspring [cant call them kids anymore] boy 30, girl 27, girl twins 25. DW was just banded yesterday(4/9). I'm waiting for approval to have mine done. I am a customer service analyst (repair call handler) for video, internet and phone over Fiber optic. DW is a supervisor over catalog control at a major retailer.

I am a stay at home mom, but I also work from home part-time for my brother's mortgage company. I get my first fill on April 28th, and looking forward to having some restriction, hopefully!

I my name is Amanda and I am form Beebe, AR. I have one son age 9 going on 21. I am a Patient Support Assistant in a mental health clinic at the VA hospital. I was banded on March 5th and I am going in for my 2nd fill today.

Hi I am Sharon Gauthier I live in Connecticut and have been married for 38 years. I am 57 years old. My husband took early retirement 5 years ago and I have two grown children Fred 33 and Elizabeth 29. We are expecting our first grandchild in September I am a registered nurse and just finished grad school in May of last year in Public Health and Community Nursing. I presently work in a homecare agency as a Clinical Manager of an interdisciplinary team. I have 3 dogs.....
