  6. Hi Loopy, I'm scared to death, I didn't get the bypass in 2008 because of all the complications , now my weight is out of control and I just want my life back I'm so uncomfortable,, everything hurts. I just hope and pray that I get through this with out any issues or complications. I often ask myself if its worth it, I wonder what my quality of life will be if I don't get it done, I'm so scared that I will be the one out of whatever that doesn't make it. But I have to let go and let god.
  7. I'm going for my pre-ops tomorrow and i hope all is well.

  12. Hello all, I'm in ma. I had the lap band in 2008 converted to the sleeve in 2013 and now getting the bypass on Aug 12th. I'm very nervous, I did not ever want to get the bypass because of all the problems that people were having with it . I did very well with the band lost 138lbs after about 5 yrs the band failed and I started gaining weight, I switched to the sleeve and did not lose an once I'm now 230 up from 157. I'm scared but I know I need to do this, I'm hoping there are no complications and I recover quickly like I did from the other surgeries, can people let me know how they are doing and give me some insight into what I can expect after the surgery? thanks
