Vitamins

I need a women's Multivitamin with Iron. Do y'all just take two children's Vitamins? I'm afraid that will leave me short on iron still. I was looking for a liquid Vitamin, if I can find one that tastes at least *somewhat* okay.

Any suggestions? Women, what do you take?

I take one Flintstone's chewable every day. Adult dose is only one tablet. It has iron. Can't remember how much but it was the same as Centrum.

I take Viactive chewable vitamins. They have ones with extra iron for woman. And, they satisfy that urge to chew and have chocolate!

I take a liquid vitamin. I really like it. The liquids absorb a lot quicker so you get the whole effect of the vitamin. I also have a bottle of liquid B-Complete on my desk at work for energy. You put it under your toung. You can tell the energy boost in a few minutes

What kind and where did you get it? Thanks!

I take an Isotonix multivitamin and mineral supplement. It is easy to take and I think it works real well. You just mix it with a measured amount of Water and take it once a day. I also take a Calcium and mineral at night that is an isotonix also. There is no way it can get stuck because it is a liquid. If any one would like info PM me and I will provide a source.

I take a chew able pineapple-flavored multi. Called Nature's Plus, or something like that. I actually LIKE taking it. I don't dread it like my other supplements.

I got mine at Sam's Club. But they have them at healthfood stores. Just ask for a liquid milti vitimin. and they can help you out.

I take Gummy Vites. Dosage is 2/day for kids over 2. Since I am a whole lot bigger than my two year old grandson, I take around 4-6/day. They are absolutely yummy. Tastes just like gummy bears. No vitamin taste or chalky taste.

my doc says 2 kids Vitamins a day despite the dosage saying just 1.

question: are you anemic? personally i will only take vitamins without Iron because we generally get PLENTY of iron from our food and Water. i do not give iron to my son either. i was told once that we should only take an iron supplement if we are anemic.

How do you like the isotonix? I have a friend that sells it and have been eying it.
