Hey guys,
I'm now four months post-op of gastric sleeve surgery and I've been experiencing a LOT of hair loss. I do take my biotin/collagen/keratin pills everyday, but when I brush my hair or run my hands through my hair so much is coming out. I know its a normal part of the process but does anybody have any advice on how to help my hair grow back or slow down the shedding?
I will take any advice anybody has lol
