Since losing weight I can obviously feel my bones and see some of them a lot more now...but OH MY GOD, my coccyx...guys! It hurts SO MUCH when I am sitting down even for short periods of time and I can just feel it there sticking out!
Anyone else have this issue? What helped? My butt needs relief 😂
