Ladies!

Ok, is painful intercourse a part of the changing hormones from losing weight, or should I talk to my doctor about it being another issue? It's not really dryness, though there is some. It is mostly pain during, not after.. I thought increased estrogen would help. It's only been in the last few weeks that this has been going on.

I haven't had any issues with intercourse. You might want to speak with your doctor.

It may be as simple as you not drinking enough. Its hard to say as your hormones do go wild in the big loosing phase

I use coconut oil and it works wonders for dryness. A little goes a long way. No infections and no other type of side effects. Peri menopause is kicking my butt. So any suggestions I appreciate and pass along. Has to be PURE coconut oil.

We use coconut oil as well. It works better than anything on the market.
