Hummus

I am in the soft food stage and bought some Roasted Garlic Hummus but have no idea what to eat with it.

Any suggestions would be great.

    If you have a WalMart, try the hummus with Chilean olive oil. It's a game changer. I mixed it with avocado spread and had it that way.

    Steamed or roasted veggies like peppers and carrots could work until you can do raw. Or just eat it with a spoon. That’s what I did. Lol

    a spoon? your finger? I know, I know. I'm thinking maybe mashed potatoes, ground chicken? anything in my opinion. I Love the cooked vegetable Idea.

    I have hummus on a slice of deli turkey or ham. I also like it on avocado slices. It is a nice, healthy snack or meal.
