There are plenty of meat alternatives from Gardein or Morningstar farms that you can eat with a good amount of protein. I am not vegan but I rarely eat red meat and do not like chicken too much. The most animal protein I get is fish. I really do like some of the vegan meats and vegan chicken options.

I am not but I have heard of at least a handful of people on here who are and they seem to do just fine. If you use the search feature and search for it you should find some of their threads.

There are lots of soy foods that are good protein, and you can get dairy free/vegan protein shakes, although I find them gritty. You just have to work harder to get your protein in if you are vegan.
