I bought some protein2O but I haven't tried it yet. I have a done of powders but I tend to prefer the premixed drinks because they aren't clumpy. Is there any way to fix that?

I bought the Protein20 from Costco and they were so bad I returned them! The taste was odd, very much like chemicals. I hope you have a better experience.

I, too, love the protein drinks. It would be easy for me to live on them.

My only real concern is the effect on my kidneys from too much protein.

Any info on that?

if you already have kidney issues, then yes - you need to be careful. Otherwise, unless you're really overloading on it, you're probably fine. I have about 100 grams a day and have never had issues.
