And I was never a fan of water [emoji1785].. I could probably do 8oz a day maybe 16oz if I worked out but I have gained the covid 20lbs and haven't been working out as I should be due to a knee injury.. so my psychological thinking is maybe if I drink more water I would lose more weight [emoji2356][emoji31] i need help with motivation to exercise and drink more water .. anyone else feel this way [emoji848]??

I never drink plain water. Just can't do it. I have found a sugar-free peach tea mix (Kroger) that I like and I drink the hell out of it after mixing it with water. At restaurants I order water and take the peach tea packets with me to mix it. I drink at least 10 glasses a day. You can count coffee as water. You can also count sugar-free popsicles as water.

I used to love water but don't so much anymore (unless it's at restaurants). I drink a lot of sugar free flavored water when I'm at home.

I drink a lot of crystal light, herbal teas, and water. Find something low cal that you like. ?
