    My thoughts are with you but please don't stop dieting. I found that I lost weight at a faster pace when I started to diet before my surgery. These are difficult times, and you really need to think about the ramifications. What if you had some problem/s after surgery. It's hard to get to appointments these days.....best to wait until things settle down a bit.

    I know.... EASY FOR ME TO SAY!!! but I DO understand :( so sorry!!
