I'm new to this site and wow! people seem to know so much and really have a handle on drinking all 64 oz and no problems with the two-week pre-op diet. Are people really this perfect? How am I going to be able to do all this? There just seems to be so much to take in..... do this, don't do that, start a food journal, protein, more protein, take calcium but not with multi vit, drink water, but not before meals, yadda yadda yadda. Feeling overwhelmed.
