I think I had cheese fairly quickly - maybe 3 or 4 weeks, like the other posters. I remember eating a lot of those Baby Bels and cheese sticks early out. And I remember eating refried beans pretty early out, too....during the puree stage for sure.

Depending on how thin you make them they can be either purée or soft food. I make mine with fat free milk and some salsa and I just add more milk so they are a little funnier until soft food stage. It worked great for me the first time. I’m doing a pouch reboot right now so I am on all liquids again after 6yrs.
