  1. If you have an iPhone there’s an app if you go to the Apple store and type in bariatric different apps will pull up and one of them is a bariatric pantry basically and you can buy all of your bariatric needs from there. That’s where I’ve been getting all my protein powder including my plain protein. Walmart also sells a really good plant-based protein that is non-flavored
  2. Depending on how thin you make them they can be either purée or soft food. I make mine with fat free milk and some salsa and I just add more milk so they are a little funnier until soft food stage. It worked great for me the first time. I’m doing a pouch reboot right now so I am on all liquids again after 6yrs.
