** FINALLY MADE IT TO HEALTHY BMI RANGE **

Well the last week I was unwell had a bug like sore throat and headaches so took my mind off my diet.

might have had a few cracker biscuits and some extra carbs one day I was just so unwell..

But now the last couple days I've got back on track had a fast for like 24hrs and woke up today FINALLY broke the stall I had for like 2 weeks and I'm finally into a healthy bmi range for the first time in like 15 years :D

As of today I'm currently 182.5LBS

that's a total of 139.5lbs gone - good riddance!!!

I thought I may never get there..

My high weight was 322Lbs.

finally healthy BMI of 24.7 ?

so my message to everyone. Never give up.

keep fighting. Keep focused.

YOU CAN DO IT !!!!

MIKEY

Weigh to go!

That’s so Superman awesome

Congrats. Doesn’t it feel fantastic when you get there. And you’re just off your goal weight too. Double celebrations.

Super Congratulations, Mikey! I've enjoyed watching your journey so far, you have done so well! Quite the inspiration. Glad you are feeling better, too!
