* MY WEEKLY CHECK IN - 136lbs gone *

  • Popular Post

Hey guys had a very slow week only lost 2.2lbs.

But I am getting very close to the end of my weight loss journey.

I started my diet before surgery;

Today is 5 months and 1 week from start of my diet and 3 months 1 week since RNY surgery.

Highest weight was 322lbs.

Surgery weight was 257lbs

Current weight 185.8lbs :)

I've actually surpassed my dietitians goal but I'm not totally happy yet still got some stubborn fat on my lower stomach to lose so I'm going to try get to 180lbs I think ?

I really need to start working out I think.

BMI down from 43.6 to 25.1 so very close to healthy lol

THANKS everyone for your support.

Well done, MIkey! You should be so proud of yourself for your determination and stick-to-it-iveness . Try working out a little each day to see if you can shift some of that stubborn fat around. I've started walking and have dropped an extra several pounds. Thanks for keeping us inspired!
