Sharp pains

Hello all. I am 5 weeks post-op and now have a new issue. I picked up something fairly heavy and now, when I move, I'm having sharp pains in my stomach. They feel internal, not related to the incisions themselves. If im sitting still, it's just a slight discomfort.

Had anyone experienced something like this? I don't want to bother thre doctor if it's normal.

You aren’t bugging them, I promise. If you’re in pain then it needs to be addressed especially because you aren’t even 6 weeks post op yet. Hope you feel better.

I wonder of you pulled some adhesions/scar tissue. But definitely let you doc know in case it is something more serious. Especially if it doesn't get better quickly.

I had something similar happen - and it took 3 days for the pain to be gone. The doctor said there is a stitch that was pulled - which is why they have weight restrictions.
