Am I losing weight too fast?

It has only been six weeks and I'm down 38 pounds which is about 40% to goal. I get plenty of protein in every day and am close to expected on fluids (not counting protein shakes). In lab tests last week all of my numbers are within normal ranges except of glucose which is only 78 and below the bottom threshold of normal. I've been having some dizzy spells from, what I would guess is hypoglycemia. I average 500-600 calories per day and around 25 carbs. I get full very fast and just can't eat any more after I get my protein in.

Any thoughts or ideas? Anyone else in this boat?

I am also - You may want to consider a Supplement like a MRE or Find one of the legends here who knows how to slow it down - You calories are low so are mine. I just started upping the calories with the MRE powder for fuel and energy, To early to tell if it is going to work or not -

As a male i guess we shred it faster so trying a whole new approach

You and I are running pretty much dead on. You might be a little light due to some dehydration. Make sure you get a minimum of 64 oz liquid per day.

i am down exactally 37lbs today from day after surgery, but I calculated 5lbs of iv drip liquid, so I took my start weight at 265 on the calculator vs 270.

Hey Fatboyslim1...we were sleeved the same day...so we're running neck and neck. Let's keep in touch. I know that I could be getting more fluids in...but I think it's the blood sugar levels.

i still get dizzy spells if i dont eat proper or get busy and not eat my lunch and snacks as normal

Dizzy spells could also be low blood pressure. Or early on post WLS I was low on B12 and that make me feel tired and weak.
