Please Help

I was sleeved 11/18/19, 2 weeks after surgery I was totally fine but now I’m nauseas, dizzy, can’t eat for almost 3 weeks. I explained this to my surgeon but he just says to drink water. I am in bed most of the time I’m awake, I have zero energy, my eyes are constantly dizzy and I’m worried. I went to the ER & they said it was a UTI. I can’t keep anything down and honestly feel like my body is shutting down. Idk who to talk to or what to do :’( I’m starting to think it’s my gallbladder but I am not to sure.
Anybody have advice ?

I agree - not your gallbladder, it's likely dehydration. Can you go to an IV bar or something similar to jump start your hydration?

You have got to do anything to get the fluid in. Drink warm bouillon for sodium. Drink G2 gatorade or diluted juice with water. Do whatever you must do to get the fluids in you.

Sorry you are experiencing this scary time.

Symptoms of gallbladder are severe pains in the right upper quadrant/right flank area and does not include dizziness/weakness/etc.

Make every effort to get some fluids in. It seems weird that dehydration makes it so you either don't want to drink or can't keep it down, but that's the god's honest truth.
