No, my surgeon told me to stay very far away from Tespo and vitamin patches. Thanks though!

I've been adding 1/4 C kefir to my breakfast smoothies plus eat 1 C plain Greek yogurt daily, but am not currently taking any in pill form.

I love this! Also look into fermented veggies, especially Kim Chi! It's even better for building an awesome gut than sauerkraut!
