Everything is going well I'm 8weeks out I healed great. Start weight:222lbs current weight:201.9.

It wasn't due to surgery. I'm disabled and I had my bladder done so when they went in I had a lot of scar tissue and it caused my colon to attach to my stomach wall so they had to repair that before doing my sleeve. My surgery was on the 25th and I was discharged on Monday the 28th.

I had a few complications but other than that it went great they just couldn't get my pain under control the first two days so I was on diladid around the clock but Sunday it got much better. I'm doing good with my fluids and my meds.

I finally was feeling okay enough to go home today finally got discharged.

It was tough last night and this morning but its getting better its also been an emotional rollercoaster. I'm not able to walk so I have to take gas x and try to burp to get relief. We got this one day at a time. I'm doing ensure max, protein infuse water and I'm gonna try Popsicles tomorrow

Thank you I will everything going ok so far I just have a headache from not having anything sweet today.

Day one started out rocky but I did and stuck too it I got this 12 days to go. So ready for my big day to get here

I start my pre op diet this Saturday the 12th. I get sleeved on the 25th excited but nervous too

Great news after a long few months my paperwork were submitted into insurance two days ago for approval. I woke up to an email that said congratulations you have been approved your date is June 25,2021im nervous but excited too. I'm ready for my new journey to start.

I saw my surgeon today he will submit everything to insurance today and I'll hear from him in 6-8 week about my date and when to start my pre op liquid diet.

Thank you both I have my second appointment with my surgeon on the 17th so hopefully it will be soon . but@Newyorklady20 good luck to you also
