How Am I Doing?

I'd like to have your opinion. I am about 4.5 months out from surgery. I have loss 92 pounds, or 32% of my excess body weight. Gastric sleeve promotes losing 60%. I know I can improve with my water intake. I also know I can improve with some of my food choices. But, overall 4.5 months out is 32% in range? I am on target on my 6 mos. anniversary to be down another 27 pounds, or a total of 120 pounds, about 40% of my overall excess body weight.

Things going well: More active; energy; confidence; clothes sizes are changing rapidly; generally feel great

Could be better: water intake; consistency with vitamins; not making poor food choices on occasion.

Thanks, I appreciate your input!
