In the early days I would go to YouTube and type in what are you eating at 2 months or at 6 months out depending on where I was and get ideas that way. I got some great suggestions back then.

Don't you have a 2 month follow up appt? The surgeon's office should be giving you guidance on this.

I don't go back for 3 months. I'm just saying that I can't think of anything good to eat. I know what I am supposed to eat, just wanted some opinions on what to eat

At two months, yoghurt and cottage cheese were my staples. Also smoothies made with berries, spinach, protein powder. You just have to play around and figure out what works for you. Eggs did not work for me. Salmon was great. Cod was not. Calf liver was awesome and went down so easily. It's so different for each person.

At 2 months out, I was allowed to eat "normal" food, but generally kept to soft foods because I was still learning what I could and could not tolerate. Soft foods=things that aren't crunchy. I don't think I had raw veggies for about 3 or 4 months.

I’ve heard about ricotta pie. Haven’t tried it but people rave about it
