Hi Everyone,

I'm so excited I was approved for surgery by Kaiser yesterday. I went to an orientation and am now enrolled in their 12 week Options program.

It will fly by. Congrats, it's so exciting to start a new healthy life!

Approval Day is always exciting, you feel like all the pre-work has been vindicated, now what you have been working towards is finally going to happen. A little scary, it is a Big Step, a little sensation of It's such a short time, are my plans and myself okay? Deep Breath now, Relax back a little and take Pride in Yourself as your umbrella, that way no matter what rains down, You Are Prepared!??
