Thank you and yes I do!! Always thought I’d never get to my goal until I had this surgery. I’m still a work in progress. Daily challenges and reminding myself that this is a marathon not a sprint and that keeping these new lifestyle habits

I have been losing very slowly. My highest weight was 237, I was 226 on the day of surgery. I’m 11 weeks out and have only lost 37 pounds. I’ve lost 48 pounds of you include the weight I lost during the liquid diet before surgery. It’s says somewhere online that you will lose 5-15 pounds/week, but that isn’t always that case. Hang in there.

I read that typically people lose 5-15 pounds the first 2 weeks, then it slows to 1-2 pounds week.

Starting weight was 275 in 2/2018

Congrats to everyone. I just dislike the fluctuation. Went from 303.5 yesterday to 304.8 this morning, and I bet I'm down to 302.x tomorrow. I really should stop weighing myself every day, but it makes a neat graph on my phone.

Hang in there, I had my surgery in February and the 3rd month was the toughest for me so far. I'm on my 4th month now and I'm losing weight again. I've decided to help out my gastric bypass procedure by walking more...?

Girl I feel uncertain everyday about if Im losing enough quickly enough. My saving grace has been measuring myself. So when the scale doesn't move as fast as I want, I look at my measurements and know Im on the right track.
