Nothing happens overnight. Be good to yourself. It's not how fast, it's the fact you are losing weight. Give yourself credit for the work you are putting into this. We lose weight at different rates.
Hi everyone,
I am right around six weeks out, and my scale tells me I am down about 22 lbs - I started out at 252, and am now down to 230.
My problem is, I am so unhappy with this, I feel like it is not very good progress at all. Am I being too hard on myself, or should I be losing more weight?
Any advice is much appreciated!
