IKR? I'm vaguely excited! They're coming to our HEBs in May. Hope they aren't just thin sliced cheese! I get the Boar's Head Lacy Swiss sliced and use it for wraps.

They say 100% real cheese, so they can't be too different than just thin sliced cheese. Maybe a texture change, since they are baked?

I've made those before! It's really easy to do, and works wonderfully as a sandwich wrap.
