Plateau - 2 months post op

I'm a little over 2 months post-op and I have plateaued. I know it is normal and the weight loss will start again but it is so frustrating. I lost 40 pounds in the first 2 months and now I'm losing and gaining the same 5 pounds. I'm following my plan, working out, drinking water so I know it will kick in again but until them....argh.

My hair has also started thinning. I was told it happens around 6 months post op but mine started around 2 months. Anyone else have it start that soon?
