It’s just three days. I’ve been strict like hell since late November and lost 33 lbs. Can’t stop now! Good luck!!
I’m having surgery January 22. Anyone doing it roughly the same time message me if you want to exchange email addresses. It might be helpful to have a surgery buddy!

This Friday, Jan 11. Start my total liquid diet tomorrow. A little nervous and still not 100% sure about going through with it.
My surgery is also on the 11th! I’m in Atlanta and am getting both excited and nervous. I can’t believe it’s almost time. Best of luck to you.
Im having a sleeve to MGB revision on January 10th. A little nervous. Mostly ashamed about regaining most of my weight despite eating so much less than before. Hoping this surgery is the right tool for permanent WL. Accept any post op advice, especially about maintaining long term.

Do it. You won’t regret it.

Don’t be ashamed. You are not the only one. Kudos for doing something about it.

Mine is Thursday also. What do you have to do for the fast? I have the 2 week diet and then on Wed I stop eating at noon and go to Clear Liquids.

Liquid only diet. Protein shakes, water Gatorade, pedialyte, jello, etc basically week 1 post op diet. They say it’s to shrink the liver

Congratulations ???

I need protein shake suggestions. I have ideal shape powder but it is too low calorie for after surgery. I have the ready to drink premier ones but they just upset my stomach. What other ones do you like?
From my lofty yet slippery perch, after 20+ weeks of liquids I'm going to the clear protein waters, even if I have to dilute them half-and-half, I shall mentally call them. Good-for-You Koolaid. Check Vitamin Shoppe, GNC,Bariatric Pal Store, Sam's Club, Costco. As last resort, Amazon- they are too wealthy for their own good, why enrich them any further??☕?
