I bought some for the Post op phase but still thought the cal count may be a little high

Has anyone ever tried the Bear products protein shakes/ meal replacements? 400 cal (oooph!) 20g Protein, 4g net carbs.

It’s just three days. I’ve been strict like hell since late November and lost 33 lbs. Can’t stop now! Good luck!!

This Friday, Jan 11. Start my total liquid diet tomorrow. A little nervous and still not 100% sure about going through with it.

Did you ever have surgery at OCC with Ortiz? Just wondering how your experience was. I’m scheduled for surgery next week

(Not really) I have done plenty of google searches but there doesn’t seem to be much that is recent, like even in the last year. Lots of good reviews but mostly from 2016 and prior. So that is why I thought reaching out here might help. Is there a different forum I should post this question to ya think? Thanks again.

Has ANYONE ever had any work done, or have friends who have had work done, or any frickin first or second hand information about Dr Ariel Ortiz and Obesity control center??
