My VSG is scheduled for January 7th, 2019. I have to get it done before school starts up, which is January 14th. Is anyone else celebrating getting a surgery date like I am!?

My date has finally been set to Jan 28th 2019. I signed up September 2017. Ya.. tell me about it. It's been a long awaiting time. They kept pushing me back .. pushing me back.. darn cpap issues. They said I was not wearing it enough. So if you use a CPAP- wear it. Now after getting my surgery date and getting insurance to accept it .. my insurance has closed the account because the surgeon never signed the paper work. Errrggg. one thing after another. Every time I think I got it.. it just gets pushed back more. Am I excited, yes, its always on my mind now. But the question is.. will it happen?

Getting super excited for surgery on the 7th! I've got all my stuff packed and ready to go.

I had to get prepared!! I needed to vet my boys' things ready and minr since they be staying with my parents while I'm in the hospital then I'm going to my mom's for a few days so I have someone around to help if need be. What time is yours? Mine is 11am. I'm really ready for tomorrow to hurry up and be over. I want to get this done! I'm not even nervous just excited. How about you?

I haven’t packed either, I literally just thought about that today like “Oh shit, I better pack a bag for the hospital!”.

I go in at 1130am Monday YIKES! Haha I’m very excited but definitely have bouts of nervousness happening.

I feel the same way though I’m not doing until feb 20th!!! The anxiety yet feeling of happiness, excitement and joy. I wish you well. Keep in good spirits I’m so happy for you!!!

Hi Jessica & Tiff, we are all surgery twins. I’m having my procedure January 7th as well... Like Tiff I’m excited & a little nervous!
