1/2 lb of sausage (I used venison)

1/2 cup of pecan meal( if you have any other ideas for a binder I’m all ears)

Baked on 350 for 30 minutes turned out great

You take your chocolate protein powered, and some luke warm milk. You mix them together until it forms some weird sludge-paste in the bottom of your mug. Yummy. You then finish it with the rest of the warmed milk, and once smooth can be heated in the microwave to your hearts' content without making the protein powder get all ~nasty~.

You take your mug of goodness, you GLUG in some of this Skinny Syrup and do far more peppermint extract than seems wise. You now have something kind of like Starbucks' Peppermint Mocha, but way less likely to make you feel sick later. ❤️

I do this with coffee. I add a shot of sf Torani peppermint, then a few drops of chocolate stevia liquid and a shot of chocolate premier protein (for fewer calories and less protein--since I get most/all of my protein from food and hate wasting liquid cals/protein grams). So dang good!

I cant wait to see what is all in here. Christmas will be the start of my real food stage LOL.. I am needing to get to World Market for Peppermint flavoring from Torani. I have so much of those syrups because I been using them for years that I buy 10-12 bottles at a time since the store is like a 30 min drive LOL

I tried the pumpkin spice this year--used to love it! But it tastes like they changed the recipe! I hate it now! Has anyone noticed that?
