3months post op

So im 3 months post op and im down 58lbs.

Im worried because i feel like my food is going down to easy. I track and measure all my food and im usually between 3-4oz per meal. Sometimes i get around 5oz but , i know thats not alot but it just feels like its going down really easy. I feel like i might be doing something wrong. Any thoughts?

I’ve never had any issues eating after my surgery. I count myself lucky actually. I have good restriction with no nausea, vomiting, etc.

If you are chewing to a paste, not drinking while eating, not eating too fast, not overeating...it should go down easy!!?Count your experience as a blessing. You are doing well! Onward...
