  1. Ok guys im nearly 6 mo out from having sleeve surgery. Starting weight 432 Current weight 344 -Im eating about 4-5 times per day -3-6 oz of food per serving -avg between 800-1100 calories per day -i work out 4-6 days per week Is 1100 calories in a day to high post op?   3. So im 3 months post op and im down 58lbs. Im worried because i feel like my food is going down to easy. I track and measure all my food and im usually between 3-4oz per meal. Sometimes i get around 5oz but , i know thats not alot but it just feels like its going down really easy. I feel like i might be doing something wrong. Any thoughts?
