I wanted to know if anyone could suggest some good yogurts? All the ones I’ve looked at are just way to high in sugar.

The Dannon Triple 0 (Black container) are excellent for bariatrics, too. I didn't care for that texture as much. But that's a personal preference. You may like it better ?

I use the Walmart brand light greek yogurt in all kinds of yummy flavors and the name brand has plenty of flavor choices like Tiramisu and Pumpkin Pie. The Walmart brand has 6 grams of sugar. I never liked yogurt until I tried the greek because of the thickness. I guess I like some thickness. lol

Siggi’s 0%. Icelandic style yogurt. High Protein like Greek, not very sweet. I love it.

That sounds yummy actually. Is it high in calories?

I'm seriously going to try and remember this brand. I guess I'm a yogurt lover now after my tummy decided to like things new.

I am Day 5 and my plan says I can add Greek yogurt today, but I was scared because the full liquids plan says to only have liquids that pour off a spoon and Greek yogurt does not. So I just had 1 oz., and took 20 minutes of baby kitten licks to finish it. So far I feel ok, it went down smoother than some other things. I'm frustrated by conflicting information!
