Clear protein drinks suggestions.

I am lucky in that I’m allowed to mix protein powder with water during my clear liquid phase for both pre- and post- op, but my pre op clear liquids lasts for a week. I would love your clear liquid protein drink suggestions, especially if they can be purchased in single- bottles or brick and motor stores.

I was allowed protein shakes, like glucerna hunger smart and ensure high protein during the clear liquid pre-op phase. So I'm not sure why they are telling you to add protein powder to water? Sorry I'm not much help. They have us a list of approved ready to drink shakes that you can by at any grocery store.

Hi @mooreva0725 ! I can’t have ready made protein drinks as long as they are clear, not “shakes” like the regular premier protein or muscle milk. Does that make sense?

Hmm, I mean the ones we were allowed to have were ready made high protein drinks. I guess "shake" is a term used loosely. Muscle milk and premier protein were definitely not allowed according to the weight loss center but I suppose each place just has their own way of doing things.

You need protein water like Isopure from GNC or Super Supplements or Walmart has protein water as well.isopure.jpg.f2210422707c43a3577a132adb48e826.jpg

Protein2O. Taste great and are cheap in comparison to other bottled protein drinks.

Cocotein is coconut water enhanced with protein and Premier Protein makes a protein water in few different flavors
is. Cocotein found in retail groceries, GNC,Vitamin World,or on Amazon? Don't believe,i have ever heard that brand name before. How reasonable,in price is it?

Hi there. Premier Protein makes a clear protein drink in several flavors. I like the orange the best. They have 25 or 30 grams of protein in them. I ordered them on amazon. They’re not to bad. Best over ice.

It's by Isopure. Can be found on Amazon and Walmart

I've found that the protein waters with higher protein levels tend to feel thick / chalky if not served ice cold. Most of them all taste the same if your looking for berries / tropical.

Trimono Protein infused water has the least amount of Protein, but in my opinion by far tastes the best.

I actually had a trimono this morning- I saw them at CVS yesterday! It’s not my favorite taste in the world but it’s definitely doable.
