Same, Have had omelette with cheese with no issues. Have also had fried, hard boiled and poached. All of them I was fine with. Good luck and Enjoy!!!

Oh yes, I did eat them and it was wonderful. I had no issues, just make sure to chew. ;)

I was not able to tolerate scrambled eggs for some reason but I was able to eat a 1 egg omelet with a little cheese. It was great.

Yes, but not the fluffy kind - I used to whip the whites, add the yolks back in and use that for the omelette base, but these days I just do rolled egg omelettes. Can't handle the air anymore. Eggs fill me right up, even just one.

Eggs are one of my favorite things and have been since that glorious day about 3 weeks post-op when I could have a scrambled egg. (OK - I was able to eat two bites of it before I was full but it was the best scrambled egg I had ever had!) I order them when I'm out frequently because I can get my protein and some veg in that way (in fact I had one for lunch today - with cheese, spinach and mushrooms). I prefer them flat to fluffy even now 2 years out.

Yeah, that's my go-to. Probably started them a little early (4 weeks) but I didn't see much difference between them and scrambled eggs with cheese and meat.

I love egg white omelets, especially with veggies and feta cheese. :)
