6 months post op

I just had my 6 month check up and I am down 60 pounds! My metabolic age went from 69 to 47. (My real age is 55) I went from size 20 to 10 & I feel fantastic!! Best life change ever....I'm hooked on going to the gym now [emoji123] [emoji97] 20180715_123600.jpegScreenshot_2018-04-08-11-19-27.jpeg

    At 3 months I started going to the gym and doing mild exercises along with my walking and swimming. At 4 months I was approved to start weight training. I now go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week.
