I am 6 years post op and throughout the past couple of years I have gained a substantial amount of weight back after I had lost it. I lost 100lbs and have gained 45lbs. I am so upset with myself and I don’t know what to do. I don’t feel like I overeat but there has to be something I am doing wrong. I don’t even remember the basics anymore. Please help!!
