Literally anything that will blend LOL, seriously, anything that will blend (that's "approved" to eat). I blended all sorts of stuff to try. I even blended a steak and cheese (without the bread) once. Really, take a food you enjoy that's ok for you to be eating... and blend it up. Some items need to be thickened afterwards, a little bit of potato flakes helps for this part. But, honestly, just experiment!

Egg or chicken salad
Avocado chicken and potato puree (found on Pinterest)
Hummus
Any vegetable in puree
Bake soft tofu with cheese and milk (makes like a crustless quiche)

If you like cooking, search for baby food recipes. Puree stage allows you to eat what you like, enjoy !

My surgeon wants his patients to eat only 1-2 oz protein puree no veggies or fruit. It can be seasoned. Ricotta, cottage cheese, eggs, ground chicken/turkey, tuna/salmon pouches and fish. 64 oz fluids daily with 30 grams protein supplement drink.

My program has a little mantra of Its own
If, through a funnel, it doesn't go through----
Never classify,it as Stage# 2!
