There's not enough protein in any pill you're going to take. You'd need to swallow an entire bottle to meet your daily goals.

Lots of soft foods have protein.

Greek yogurt, oatmeal, refried beans, cottage cheese, soft poached fish, split pea soup

Also, you might be able to tolerate protein bars soon if you stick with smooth texture ones that don't have seeds and nuts.

I know everyone's tastes are different and taste buds change after surgery, but I've used the Isopure Unflavored powder in water with a sugar free flavor packet (like fruit punch flavor) and I've found them to be really good. They don't change the flavor or thickness considerably and give you 25g of protein with 0 carbs and 100 calories. I use one of the shaker bottles to make sure it's all dissolved. Also, I use the caramel premade Premier protein in my coffee as a "creamer." That's a tip I got on here. I tried putting powder in my coffee and was not successful. ugh
