I had my gastric sleeve done one June first, tbh I do not exercise much but I am down 85 pounds. I have noticed an incredible hair loss and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on what to do? I am in Costa Rica so natural ingredients are always preferred. Any exercise to burn fat and tighten muscle would be appreciated

Hello ladies and gentlemen its been three months post op a lil less and I am allowed to eat everything however I cannot seem to want to eat anything without some sort of sauce in it, is this happening to anyone? Please let me know ideas or recipes. I tried all kind of stews, soups and casseroles. I am super lactose intolerant now and not sure lactose pills work 77 pounds lost so far ♥ Steph

So I am one month 24 days post op. Lost 57 pounds so far. Im back at work and feeling really week. Cant keep big pills in which is a problem since vitamins and other stuff i gotta take is big. I hate protein shakes and Im only at around 400 calories when i should be at a 1000. Any tips or help?

Not trying to eat around my surgery. I had the surgery for a reason. However its not about being on an eternal diet thats not gonna happen it's eating well.
