You can update your settings by clicking the drop down next to your avatar and selected "My Surgery" there you can change yourself from Pre-Op to Post-OP, then on the left you can select "Progress" to add in some weigh-ins. And then if you go back to the drop down and select "Account Settings" on the left you can select "Signature" and that'll allow you to add things the "signature block" below your posts.
