Recommendations for sugar free treats please

I've noticed many posts suggesting sugar free pudding, sugar free hard candy, etc. I got the sf jello pudding but didn't like the taste at all. Tried it with unflavored protein and thought the protein was the problem so I made another batch according to directions. Nope! The weird taste was the pudding mix. Anyone have any suggestions for sf treats that actually taste good? I'm not planning to live on them, I just want a few things I can turn to for special occasions. Thanks!

I have to say that Jello-o SF chocolate pudding is my go to treat. I have also tried the Enlightened "ice cream" bars once a week (my nutritionist approved) which also has protein in it (they are low

There's a tropical flavored sugar-free popsicle that I love and am eating 2-4 (of the singles) a day.

vitacost Fiber gummies

I eat way more a day than any normal person should, but it's sugar free and fiber which you can never get enough of.

I got Vitafusions SF Fiber Well gummies. that's what they have near me. What a great idea! I never would have thought of this or even known about these if not for your post so I really want to thank you. With all the protein and added iron, I need the fiber and what a great way to get it!

I absolutely love Healthy Choice Premium Fudge Bars. I can find them at Costco, Sams Club and even Smart and Final. They have no sugar added and are 100 calories. I let myself have 1 in a day sometimes I only eat half at a sitting. Depends on how my stomach is feeling. It is such a treat to have tho!

I just made something that's SO good, I have to share. I hope you like it or a version of it! It's a simple, 3 ingredient SF, FF strawberry yogurt.

I got frozen strawberries, put 2 cups of them in a biggish bowl and microwaved for 1 1/2 minutes. Then I mashed them with an old fashion hand masher. Not an electric mixer.

I got Plain, 0 fat Siggi's yogurt. I wanted to try this even though it's expensive because it has 25 grams of protein per 1 cup. Next time I'll probably get Greek, Plain, FF. This yogurt is VERY creamy though. You'd never know it's FF.

I added the yogurt to the strawberries. I then added 2/3 cup Splenda and mixed together my hand. I'm in heaven!

I'm sure you can use whatever fruit you like and however much Splenda you want. I added Splenda slowly and kept trying it until I got it "Just right" for me.

You will get gassy if you eat too many

And if you go extremely insanely overboard and have have terrible luck you could end up with a food bolus

But overall I found it worth it in my experience

Thanks for the heads up. The bottle says two a day so that's all I'll take, at least to start, and see how it goes. I just think it's wonderful that I can get fiber and a treat all in one.

I have to say that Jello-o SF chocolate pudding is my go to treat. I have also tried the Enlightened "ice cream" bars once a week (my nutritionist approved) which also has protein in it (they are low sugar not SF). I have also made homemade Keto "brownies" which are completely SF and were delicious. Texture reminded me more of a cheesecake than a brownie when refrigerated. If you'd like the recipe, I will be happy to share.

Please post the recipe

Heh I'm up to like 12-20 a day

But I will admit I feel much better now that I'm taking ludacris amounts of fiber

Enlightened “ ice cream” has saved me from other naughty choices. Everyone needs to find something for themselves. For awhile I had Dairy Queen ( walk in only) popsicles from the inside freezer .. I’m thinking they were around 65 calories.
Happy searching .
I’m obsessed with russle Stivers sugar free chocolate omg just be careful with those unless you need to be cleaned out btw if your backed up just go Hogg wild

I like to add cottage cheese or Greek yogurt to sf jello. IMO it kills the afternoon taste and adds protein at the same time.

Ty and if it is like cheesecake, I will like it even more

Sorry. I used the 24 oz. Siggi's. With small portions it's lasted me a week and I still have 1/4 container left.
