Recommendations for sugar free treats please

I've noticed many posts suggesting sugar free pudding, sugar free hard candy, etc. I got the sf jello pudding but didn't like the taste at all. Tried it with unflavored protein and thought the protein was the problem so I made another batch according to directions. Nope! The weird taste was the pudding mix. Anyone have any suggestions for sf treats that actually taste good? I'm not planning to live on them, I just want a few things I can turn to for special occasions. Thanks!

There's a tropical flavored sugar-free popsicle that I love and am eating 2-4 (of the singles) a day.

I have to say that Jello-o SF chocolate pudding is my go to treat. I have also tried the Enlightened "ice cream" bars once a week (my nutritionist approved) which also has protein in it (they are low sugar not SF). I have also made homemade Keto "brownies" which are completely SF and were delicious. Texture reminded me more of a cheesecake than a brownie when refrigerated. If you'd like the recipe, I will be happy to share.

Sugar free popsicles are my go-to.

SF Popsicles and SF Jello are my goto. I buy the jello already made in the little snack packs - no work for me. I also like yogurts. Not sugar free, but low in sugar. (some.)

Thank you! Have you tried making these with a sugar substitute? Like Splenda?

Yes, we used Splenda to make the recipe. It was yummy. I would add a little more Splenda if I make again but that is all to taste.

Vitacost fiber gummies

I eat way more a day than any normal person should, but it's sugar free and fiber which you can never get enough of.

SF chocolate jello pudding in the little cups are amazing and I don't like artificial sweeteners.
