Congrats! and welcome aboard! We are all going to be just fine. Keep working the program!

I live on the Gulf Coast, in South Mississippi

I'm also getting the sleeve. Where's everybody from? I'm from Toronto (Canada) but I live in New Taipei City (Taiwan). Navigating the health system here has been an interesting experience!

I'm from Bronx, NY

The RNY seemed too much for me... I don’t know I just feel more comfortable with the sleeve...

And the beauty is this will all be worth it when we have the results we have been wanting. It's tough. I'm on day 5 and want a real meal and some wine too [emoji16] PS my fav right now is premiere protein chocolate and caramel.

Same! It terrifies me. I know it's the golden standard, but figured that since I don't have the co-morbidities that the RnY specifically addresses, the sleeve was enough for me.

I think we will do just fine! I know it’s going to have its ups and downs, but if we do what we are told and have a strong will, it will be a recipe for success

Today has been tough.. I’m on day 3 of 10 and I’m kind of hungry. I can’t have anything but liquids and popsicles. But I keep on focusing on the bigger picture. 8 more days til surgery!! How has it been treating you?
