I am three weeks out today and I too am feeling low energy. I am fairly sure it is the ultra low calorie diet, so I guess it wont get much better until I move on to puree in about 9 days, then softs

Mine was back to 100% at six weeks I'd say. I started exercising at 5 weeks though. I also increased my calories from 300-400 a day to 500-600, which I think helped. I didn't do this intentionally but

When did you start feeling more energy after the sleeve? I'm looking forward to the new energy level everyone enjoys after WLS. I'm 3 weeks post op, so still recovering, but I can't wait to run. Will I have the energy for this in 6 weeks? I'm still tired during the day and of course after work.
