Guys I'm struggling!
I can't seem to drink enough Water I've only had one litre in two days and today my tongue is white and my urine is bright yellow almost glowing. I'm worried. I'm trying my best but drinking water is uncomfortable, I'm wondering if I should take more pain killers and push through the discomfort.
Also I'm having Soups and yogurt drinks just fine but water is a struggle.
What should I do?
